We have found that most people want to know our "typical layout" for a wedding reception or a combo wedding and reception. This it the Annex, nothing is typical.
Please take a look at what people have done in the past to help get your planning juices flowing. A blank floor plan is available for downloading here. Sketch out where you want your furniture and we will set it up for you. We need the final layout 3 weeks prior to your event.

20 - 60” round tables (8-10 people)
1 - 72” round tables(10-12 people)
5 - 6’ long tables
5 - 8’ long tables
2 - 6’ long bar tables
6 - 30” round cocktail tables
230 natural wood folding chairs
Lounge groups (2 groupings available - modular chocolate brown with a white table)
